• Webserver expand energy to create the page and for delivering it. most pages create the html content on each request. This page uses a sort of file cache. pages are direct delivered. For content and users management csv-files instead of a database is used.
• Server who provide the traffic like your local access provider expend as more energy as more requests are to handle. This page uses a minimal number of requests and is therefore frugal and fast.

All content of this page is aviable by mouse and keyboard without needing javascript. the search loads all text conten into the browser and let the browser do the search. It needs javascript but it does not send any search request to the server. This are only a few advantages the KISS-Priciples are leading to. This page does not use KI.
